Mr. Briggs
graduated cum laude from the University of Puget
Sound School of Law (now Seattle University) in 1986.
His practice focuses on representing injured
persons.
Mr.
Briggs is an EAGLE member of the Washington State Trial
Lawyers Association and he is currently serving as head
of the Court Rules Committee for WSTLA.
He is a sustaining member of the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), is an officer of
ATLA’s Small Office Practice Section, and board member
and treasurer of ATLA’s Low Speed Impact Litigation
Group. Mr.
Briggs is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates
Forum and is active in the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar
Association, where he currently serves as chair of the
Mandatory Arbitration Committee and co-chair of the
Lawyer/Chiropractor Liaison Committee.
He has been a featured speaker at several
seminars on issues relating to representing people who
have been injured by the negligence of others. |
